Coming from the South:

Driving Hwy 205 Northbound take Exit 30A, NE 112th Ave/NE Gher Rd., turn right at light onto NE 112th Ave., drive south 1 mile, turn right into NE 34th Cr.   

Driving Hwy 5 Northbound take SR500 East, go 4.7 miles to the NE 112th Ave Exit, turn right at light onto NE 112th Ave., drive south one mile then turn right into NE 34th Cr.   

Coming from the North:

Driving Hwy 5 Southbound, take Exit 7, I-205 South & travel to Exit 30, Orchards/East 500, then exit .6 mile at NE 112th Ave/NE Gher Rd., drive south one mile on NE 112th Ave. then turn right into NE 34th Cr.   CHC is on NW corner for NE 112th Ave & NE 34th Cr.    

Driving Hwy 5 (if you are south of I-205) - take SR500 East, go 4.7 miles to the NE 112th Ave Exit,  turn right at light onto NE 112th Ave., drive south one mile then turn right into NE 34th Cr.
